If you (or your IT partner) performed a default installation of Synqup, a shortcut was generated on the desktop on the server or PC called "Start Synqup Authenticator".
Double click on the shortcut and follow the steps to login.
Note
Use the credentials you use to log in to the Console (the user must be an administrator of the Console).

Then go to the installation folder, by default under C:\Program Files (x86)\Synqup and launch the application SynqupAuthenticator.bat .
