Synqup log files

If the invoices are not fetched from Billtobox or you're getting an error status, the support team will need your log files.

Where to find the Synqup log files?

  • You will find them on the server where Synqup is installed, in the Logs subfolder in the installation folder. By default in this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Synqup.

  • Right click on the logs folder and generate a .zip file. Send it to us at [email protected].
