If you use Consultic as the provider for your servers, there are two possible setups:
Installing Synqup on a dedicated server
Installing Synqup on a shared server
Dedicated server
If you use a dedicated server on Consultic, you can install Synqup on your server by following this guide if you're an entrepreneur or this guide if you're an accountant.
Shared server
Synqup is already installed on Consultic shared servers. You don't need to install it yourself.
To start using this:
Contact Consultic by sending them an email at [email protected] stating that you want to work with Synqup for your Billtobox account and ask them to send you the name of the location where Synqup may deliver the Billtoboxfiles for you.
Consultic will provide you with the path with the server name, needed to configure in your account. Example: \\1a234bc5d\123456789\Billtobox
Configure the paths in your Console (or Billtobox for entrepreneurs).
We have created a technical user for Consultic so that Synqup can deliver files on their server. Enter this user's mail address under your company profile, so that you give this user from Consultic access. Scroll down to Synqup details and add the email address of the technical user: [email protected]
Click on Save.
