Synqup: Customers receive an "error" accounting status on Billtobox

This article only applies if you use the Synqup application as a connection to the accounting package.

If customer invoices get an error status, contact [email protected] and send us the log files.

  1. Check if the user has sufficient writing rights at the specified location

  2. Start the Synqup service as an administrator (via Services -> Synqup -> Properties).
