How to delete the folder of a former customer?

When the collaboration between entrepreneur and accountant ends:

  • The entrepreneur can:

    • Keep their Billtobox and the new accountant can link to it

    • Delete their Billtobox account

  • The accountant can:

    • End the accounting link between the customer's Billtobox and themselves by deactivating the accounting app.

    • This will stop the transfer of documents from the customer to the accountant.

    • Contact support to completely remove the accounting link [email protected].

Note: if the accounting link happened via Billtobox Files and you want to delete the customer's folder, you can do so from Billtobox Files. To do so, go to files.billtobox.be then click on the folder's gearwheel then delete.
