How to connect to Syneton (Admin-IS, Admin-Consult or Admin-Pulse)?

Invoices made in Admin-IS, Admin-Consult or Admin Pulse can be uploaded automatically to your Billtobox account every night.

To set up the connection, you'll need 2 things from Billtobox:

  • Username

    Ask our Support Team a username by sending an e-mail to [email protected] (please choose your username - it must be unique and not used yet by another user). You must request a "push user" to establish the link between Syneton and Billtobox. This "push user" will become your username on Syneton's marketplace.

  • Password
    This an API-key that can be found by doing the following:

    • Go to your Settings.

    • Outbound.

    • Set Connect your invoicing software to ON.

    • A key appears, it'll serve as your password.

    Note: if you have configured multiple companies in Syneton, you must request a separate "push user" for each company and you should also have separate Billtobox accounts for those companies. That way, you can use a unique API-key for each company.
