For an OpenPeppol customer or a member of the Billtobox platform, delivery is automatically set to Peppol or intra-community delivery.
If you want to change this delivery channel and replace it with another one, go to your customer's record and choose between:
Email
Self printing
Print & Post
Set a customer's delivery channel to OpenPeppol
Do you want a customer to receive their invoices via OpenPeppol?
Go to Customers & suppliers > Customers.
Open the customer's record.
In the Channel field, select OpenPeppol.
Click Save.
The Channel field also offers Email and Delivery on platform. Choose OpenPeppol for delivery over the Peppol network.
