How do I use my new email address to log in?

Do you have a new email address and want to use it to log in to Billtobox? Please note that Billtobox distinguishes between two types of email addresses: user login email (used for login) and account email (displayed on invoices). This guide specifically focuses on updating the user login email.

  1. Go to Settings

  3. Invite new user

  4. Fill out your information and your new email address

  5. Enable all user roles

Once the new user is fully set up, remove the old user by selecting their profile in the Users section and choosing the 'Remove' option. If you also need to update the account email (displayed on invoices), you can do so directly in the Settings section by modifying the account email field in your account information.
