Some companies have already chosen to deliver their invoices directly to Billtobox. Most companies automatically deliver e-invoices to your Billtobox account if you register your account on Peppol. More information can be found here:
Go to https://www.billtobox.com/peppol and request the registration of your Billtobox account on the Peppol network.
Contact your suppliers and ask them to send e-invoices.
Each company has its own procedure. Some automatically deliver e-invoices as soon as your account is registered on the Peppol network, others require you to specifically request this.
We have collected information on how to request e-invoices from some well-known Belgian companies below. The list below only contains a few examples and is therefore limited. From January 2026, all companies in Belgium will be required to send e-invoices.

'Automatic' means your invoices are automatically sent to your Billtobox. You don't have to do anything.
When requesting via email, make sure to provide all your information (company name, VAT number, customer number, etc.).
