The Accounting Console is the interface from where the accountant can activate and access her customers' Billtobox, see pending documents, and manage their accounting firm's employees.
In the left sidebar, you'll find the following navigation:
Companies
This is where you can access your accounting firm's Billtobox account. If you have multiple offices under different VAT numbers, you'll be able to see them and access their Billtobox account from here.
Clients
This is where you can:See the list of all your clients
See how many of your clients' documents have not been forwarded to you yet
Users
This is where you can:Documents
This is where you can get an overview of your clients' incoming and outgoing documents.
Accounting Package Configuration
Go to this menu to link your accounting software to the Console.
Monitor
Only appears if you use Synqup. This is where you can monitor Synqup's heath status and make sure that everything is running smoothly.
Go to Billtobox company
Click on this menu to go to your accounting firm's Billtobox account.
