My linked bank account is showing the wrong logo and payment gateway, what can I do?

If you've linked a bank account that's a brand of a parent bank (for example Hello Bank or Fintro as sub-brands of BNP Paribas) and the wrong logo or platform is displayed when you try to make a payment, you can fix it by selecting the right brand manually.

  • Go to the Bank Accounts menu

  • For the bank account with an error, click on the bank's dropdown menu and select the right sub-brand
