When PDF documents go through OCR, it can happen that some information is not well picked up by the OCR service.
However, to detect problems, a check is carried out between the total invoice amount and the sum of the products on the invoice. If there is a difference between the two, the following message appears in the document details: "The calculated total amount differs from the total amount entered below".
To solve this:
Go to the details of your document.
Click on Edit VAT summary lines.
Enter the invoice details manually and add new lines if necessary.
A PDF preview of your document is available in the window.
Save your changes.
